Haunted house roller coaster

Blossom I call is the roller coaster ride from hell .... 

Yep. That is why it is in the haunted house. We never know what is going to pop up at us at the next corner or hill. Then we exit the ride and it won’t let us out of the seatbelt bar.

More like the big dipper at luna park. Not fun at all. They say it gets better over time..... hmm still waiting

hmmmmmm  ..... I wonder how many years it will be before it is not forefront in our brain?  

I am guessing it will only be after you've stopped the tablets & aren't in 24/7 pain anymore??  :(  

So at least 5 years ..... :( 

@arpie I think humans have great capacity for adjustment. I expect that if the pain doesn't subside, I'll just get used to it and it will be just 'normal' on all but the days when it's really bad. That's what I'm hoping anyway.

Yep after 5yrs of waking up in pain going to bed in pain living in about a constant 5 level of pain going to 8 on a bad day it just becomes part of your life. You adjust you pick things up different from before. You do half the house when you vacuum and half later any excuse lol. People stop asking if you are ok cos you are supposed to be "over it". Yes life goes on we draw back in and cry in silent again and just get in with being a wife a mother a grandmother a cook a cleaner a taxi service a babysitter daycare centre shall i go on haha. I'm happy to be alive not happy about BC.

Here where I go again. Scan this am but they couldn’t get the needle in for the contrast. The next thing I knew I was crying even though there was no pain at that moment. I hate this traumatic stuff. Off to get my Herceptin infusion this afternoon and my head is not in a good space. Mindfulness not helping right now. Stuff this. I never used to cry and I hate the lack of control I have over it.
