Day 17 - after round five.
Well as predicted had a really good nights sleep and woke at around 8:30 am. Did some stretches as I have a really sore inner arm and can't tell if it's from the neuralgi...
Isn't it nice to have a solid nights sleep! Can't say i feel refreshed though, but at least I'm not up and down all night.....for now!
