Day 17 - after round five.
Well as predicted had a really good nights sleep and woke at around 8:30 am. Did some stretches as I have a really sore inner arm and can't tell if it's from the neuralgi...
YAY for tou having a hood day and no nose bleeds....
And please try to resist blowing it if you can... I know easier said than done but from the perpetual bleeder here it is so so so easy to reinjure rhe inside of the 'trumpet'... I tend to stuff tissues up my nostrils to avoid blowing... Also rubbing inside of the nose with petroleum jelly helps protect it from irritation and lessens the need to blow it on dry or windy days
