I wear glasses permanently! can't see a thing without them LOL! and it doesn't seem to help stop it! some days are worse than others....something you just have to put up with I suppose....No more nose bleeds so far!
My Mother In Law had a saying "Cattivo sangue" It translates as "bad blood" she used to always say it whenever someone had a nose bleed....she used to say your body is getting rid of the bad blood....I'm hoping she's right!
