txs for the info. i was told by the nurses to take each day as it comes and if i need a rest take the rest dont worry about anything else as your body needs to recoup. but also try and keep fit doing easy things like walking or swimming or yoga, pilates etc. i will keep all the advise in my mind when i start. it has been a great help reading all the remarks as it will help me cope knowing that others have been through or doing the same as me. xx
