I hope that you are doing well. Yes I was just complaining today that I have no energy and tomorrow will be a quiet day at home. I have been out every day this week and am really struggling now. In my mind I feel like I can do more but the reality is that I can't. This saddens me no end. Maybe it is the letrozole amongst other things.
