Hi Snow, I have only been on Letrozole for two months and have had the hot flushes and a few aches and interesting to hear Scooper say she felt like she'd been hit by a bus. That's exactly how I felt 2 weeks after starting it but put it down to 2 weeks post radiotherapy of 30 treatments. I find if I have 3 busy days I then need a nap for a day or two in the afternoon. Just don't seem to have the stamina. Maybe it is the Letrozole. All the best and if this is as bad as it gets it's bearable.
