Txs christine for you info. i think i will buy some shares in the panadol company lol. i do try to keep fit by the gym and walking the dogs. i do love swimming as well so im glad you told me the info to help. im like you i will do what my surgeon says to keep it away and like he said if i find it too hard to take the tabs i can go back and try something else. im happy for you to have finished your course and hope everything is going good for you. take care xxx
