I am very happy to hear that your lumpectomy went well. That is fantastic. I am on Letrozole and have been since October. For about the first six weeks I felt like I had been hit by a bus. It was such an effort to walk to the letter box. It was terrible. I am much better now after my first shot of Xgeva which alleviated the bone aches. I also started going to the local pool and walked in the water for an hour a day. For me that had a two fold effect - I love the water and found it relaxing while at the same time had some exercise.
I have had not too many issues with hot flushes. That has not been a huge problem for me.
The other issue is that my hair has thinned out considerably and has not grown. This can be another side effect.
