Lol I actually am not a cake person I can take or leave it (not like the chippies). But I committed 110% for my work friend and had to give feedback 🤪 they were all very yummy 😋

Oh I had a check up this week and dr at hospital is very happy my results he doesn't want to see me for 4 months this time 🤗  I mentioned I will be moving soon and he asked if I want to change hospitals but I said not yet.  He has been awesome so far and if the appointments get further and further apart it will be fine.  Lol I mentioned I have gained 5 kegs in the last year and asked if it was the tablets 
he said I should have a honest review of my diet  mmmm rude however true somehow my office has started this thing where every single days there are chippies and I am now known as the chippy monster they swear I have a sixth sense for when they open them. (It's a real skill). And one of the ladies got married yesterday and her partner was making their wedding cake so she has been brininging cake in every week for us to trial ( I took that very seriously for her and had to try them all how could I not)

It's odd you haven't been started on medication. How did they diagnose it?. The treatment is as others have said to take thyroxine. I think you need an urgent appointment with a GP. This is bread and butter stuff for GPs as it is very common.

Hi @"Debbie J" I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2003 after my daughter was born. I was prescribed thyroxine immediately, 50mcg, then 75, finally settling on 100mcg daily. I saw an endocrine specialist to do all this.

Hashimoto's is quite common and everyone I know who has it takes thyroxine. I would be asking your GP why you haven't been prescibed any. There may be a good reason.

My cancer treatment did not affect my hypothyroidism to my knowledge.

Hi ladies I am 9 years cancer free on the 10th March. I have been diagonsed  hashimotos hypothyroidism . My Dr has not given me any medication for it. My voice sounds horse after talking for a while and I get very nervous. Concerned my Dr is not doing anything.
