Going through chemo with young children

I am sorry you are having to deal with infections so early on in the treatment. I cannot help you with this unfortunately as I do not have children (I too am undergoing AC) plus as I normally have a very weak immune system and am allergic to antibiotics I have even had to stop working and stay at gome during my course of 4 ACs so as to minimise exposure to bugs... Hubby also got flu vax plus he wears a mask any time he leaves home to try minimise potential of making me ill.
I know that several women who are currently undergoing Chemo and have small children are dealing with issie of viruses and caring for the little ones but am not sure if they are on the Young Womens Group.
As tbis group is not overly active if you do not get many responses in the next 24 hours it would be worthwhile reposting on the main forum as I know they are there and are very active.
