Hi Cheryl, I self referred to my local breast care nurse when i was diagnosed. I then chose to have surgery in a state capital, and was called by a breast care nurse from that hospital a few days before surgery. I have finished active treatment, but still have regular contact with both bcn's. take care, Lyn
