I also had similar side effects with AC nausea fatigue extreme over a week ++ to kind of recover before the next round , not good !!

Taxol a lot easier to recover from not as fatigued I developed a rash on my hands which was pretty horrendous (treated with a hydrocortisone cream) and also suffered from neuropathy effecting my hands and feet Onc then dose reduced at round 8 happy with decision made, as I wanted to stick to treatment plan as much as I could while he monitored the neuropathy so yes agree with @Abbydog completely let oncologist know asap !
