Food during treatment- what to avoid
I've read about listeria http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/publications/Pages/listeriabrochuretext.aspx however I'm not clear if eggs, particularly poached eggs are ok or not?

I have been eating a lot of eggs but just make sure they are cooked through. I have been eating like I am pregnant again!! Haha
