Hi Annie, hope your trip to Kalgoorlie is going smoothly. I think it's a great idea to get away from all the familiar environmnet and feel "normal" again whatever that maybe. I used to live in Kambalda in 1989-1993. My ex worked in the mines then. Where exactly are you? What a small world!!!
I feel for you feeling so tired and yes I believe this is time for you to slow down and take care of yourself. I can relate to your early rising and trying to nap during the day. I was awake at 3.30 this morning and couldn't get to sleep during the day. I am pumped on steroids and am like a maniac with the chores and gardening today. It reminds me of when I was medicated for my disease at the start of the year. I was only get 3 hr sleeps but did nap during the day. I am still on 10mg of steroids (prednisone) a day. So I haven't felt the fatigue so far. I hope you can fit in your nanna nap as you will probably find yourself exhausted and emotional.
I am finding this one a tad different. I felt really spaced out and a touch nauseated on Thursday afternoon. I Islept for a few hours when I got home. I haven't had any nausea so far, thank goodness. The dreaded cold sore that took me 3 weeks to get rid of is trying to come back. I hope I don't get the mouth ulcers and sore throat this time.
Take care of yourself and enjoy your day out and big hugs to you tooxxx
