I think Facebook can be an invaluable tool for such things...and yes you may get weird requests, but just delete them...you can also choose for the page to be seen by your own country only?......It's good to write things down, a good release.....My friends and family are very happy I have made my page, and for some reason it wouldn't let me make it a group, so a page it is......I'm sorry to hear that your are so sore, i have that stage to look forward too! Arrgh! it totally sucks, but we must endure it to beat this bitch!
