You go girl....we have to make the system accountable and you have done so with assertiveness and dignity. Well done! Meantime, when I go in for mine (private) we might be able to compare the 2 experiences and perhaps come up with more recommendations for both about what patient/client-centred care really looks like and feels like from the client's perspective!
