Oh Mel, so wonderful to hear from you! You've been in my thoughts all the time. And fabulous that you think you might have turned the corner.

You go girl....we have to make the system accountable and you have done so with assertiveness and dignity. Well done! Meantime, when I go in for mine (private) we might be able to compare the 2 experiences and perhaps come up with more recommendations for both about what patient/client-centred care really looks like and feels like from the client's perspective!
