Final Countdown 3 days to go for Mastectomy and Diep Flap reconstruction....YIKES!!!!!!

So glad they said it was perfect Mel. Hopefully you're getting more rest now you're at home! I can't believe, though, that you're not on heavier pain meds: when I had my mastectomy, I was sent home with Endone, Celebrex (for inflammation I think), antibiotics and also encouraged to have Panadol every 6 hours.

i had a day procedure yesterday ( long story but a surprise out of the blue) and they even sent me home w Tramadol for pain.

btw, I'm starting my countdown to DIEP too - 28/3!!!!
