Hi @melclarity - thought I would check in & see how you are going Day 3. Glad you got a better rest last night - makes a huge difference to our outlook, pain management, nausea, energy levels when our bodies are well rested and revived.
Sorry, that this has been my first post to you. I briefly went on the online forum on the w/e and then again yesterday on my day off.
Have had quite a few challenging weeks and so have not been on the forum for a while - but that is a post I will share when I am ready.
