Hi, I am on Letrozole ( the generic brand), my oncologists saidmthere was no difference between femara, its the same ingredients. I do get hot flushes often and for someone who used to love summer and beaches, well that is no longer the case. Sometimes it does get embrassing just sweating constantly. I also have knee joint ache, not too worried as i just want this BC out of me.. i think it affects everyone slightly different.
