Feeling overwhelmed

Funny one cure for the migraine was a heat pack and the other an ice pack ... whatever works! I had neutropenia about 5 days after the first Docetaxel. I hope to god I don't get diarrhoea as have IBS anyway. Really, this is just one thing after another.
