Feeling Nervous
I have to be at the hospital at 7.30 AM this morning for the axillary clearance & for some reason feeling more nervous than when I had the mastectomy.
The nerves are really kicking in making me fee...

Fantastic! Can't stress enough the importance of those excercises! Don't expect too much too soon, take it slowly... Mar arm has just gotten to the straight position 10 weeks on... But I had neuralgia and cording ... Cold compresses helped me the most with the neuralgia and ask to see a physio if you get cording ...
