Hi Deanne, How fantastic your starting on a regime that holds so much promise to improve your bone density. Apart from the bones the mental confidence boost is also awesome!! I think we will need to adjust a saying for you "Bones of Steel". ;-) let us know how you go with the training and when that first chin up happens. Xx Cath
