Yes, the mental confidence boost is just as good as the chance to help my bones! I was in such a slump but feel so much better about the future again. I will stay healthy and not let the side effects of treatment get me down!! I just needed the right people to help me. :-) Will certainly let you know when the first chin up happens - might even try to get a photo! xxx
