Hi Deanne,I saw this post and felt I had to comment.As you know,like you,I have osteoporosis.I saw a program about the bone clinic on TV a few weeks ago.They have remarkable results,and they also have an online program,which I am about to sign up for.What a shame they are not in other major cities!I feel sure that with diet and exercise,osteoporosis can be managed very well.Good luck with it Deanne,I'm sure you will do really well.I will keep in touch and let you know how I am going,Cheers Robynxox
