Eyelash serum to regrow eyelashes and eyebrows

Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried the eyelash serums that are available. I've just finished chemo and my eyelashes have really thinned out as have my eyebrows. I'm looking for advice-do they w...

I've always had light eyebrows and eyelashes so for them to fall out makes no difference. I find using a eyebrow mascara works just fine and it makes my eyebrows look real like I actually have them. Not sure about any remedies to make the eyelash or eyebrow hair grow back.
