exercises to help encapsulation after implant surgery
Hi. I am 6 weeks post surgery and most of the time feel like my breast has been shrink wrapped! It is very tight. My surgeon thinks I may have encapsulation but didn't seem too concerned. Does anyone...
If you have - or can find - a good physio, they can really help. Mine did ultrasound and laser treatment, and that made a huge difference.
