exercises to help encapsulation after implant surgery

Definitely massage the breast and keep it moisturised, it is about looking after the skin that has been compromised as well as. Yes bio oil will certainly help with the scar, that was my choice early days. These days I use QV moisturiser; it was recommended by my Breast care nurse. It is a strange sensation having an implant but eventually it all settles. Remember the nerves and muscles have been pulled and prodded.
