exercises to help encapsulation after implant surgery

Hi Bluerobyn, I was advised by my breast care nurse to use Bio Oil twice a day and to massage it in a circular motion along my scar line  and that this would help stop encapsulation. Also was told to give under-wire bra's a miss as they can also add to encapsulation. I am now 5 months post surgery and my implant has softened up beautifully in the last month and feels far more like a real breast now. Xx
