exercises to help encapsulation after implant surgery
Hi. I am 6 weeks post surgery and most of the time feel like my breast has been shrink wrapped! It is very tight. My surgeon thinks I may have encapsulation but didn't seem too concerned. Does anyone...
Hi @Bluerobyn - welcome to the online forum.
Sorry, I don't have any ideas or updates for you as I did not have implants or expanders (tissue flap reconstruction).
Perhaps one of the breast care nurses can assist or one of the lovely BCNA online forum ladies such as @Ann-Marie_BCNA could provide more information.
Welcome again - hopefully some of the other forum members are a bit more knowledgeable on this subject than I am.
