I was on exemestane for 4 years and my main side effects were quite bad but I know taking Effexor helped with my joint aches & hot flushes
It's all still such a small gain for what can be intense side effects
I'm 6 years in the clear and just moved from exemestane to Tamoxifen because my bone health is so bad
Keep an eye on your bone density also
