Hi Brenda. Having a GP you trust & are comfortable with is so important when everything is ok, let alone when we have bc. The impression of a practice starts at reception, really. You're lucky to have found one that does bulk bill. They're few & far between where I am. Hope your first appointment with this new one goes well
