Good that it hasn't spread. Very wise to stay away from Google - stay with reliable and well regulated sites that can give good information. Unregulated chat sites tend to attract those who are scared, unhappy and looking for sympathy - which is very sad, but can make you scared and unhappy too! Often for no good reason.
What happens to one person doesn't necessarily mean it happens to all. You may have radiation therapy (can't speak about that, didn't have it). If you have chemotherapy, fix your sights on the end - each week is closer! I did not have nausea or fatigue although these are common. If you are HER2 positive, you may be treated with Herceptin (for 12 months). Herceptin has proved to be effective, and as far as I know I had no negative side effects from my Herceptin treatment.
