I have been on Arimidex for nearly a year same thing joint pain and thinning hair i think i am better as time has gone on. I take fish oil liquid form and my oncologist said i would be on Vit D and Calcium for the rest of my life which i take in one tablet and i take magnesium. I have lost a lot of weight as i had Dieflap surgery and just had a nipple done so i am on a mission to also keep the weight off.
