Drain & drain bag after surgery
its been 8 days since surgery & I am still getting 200/250ml output into the drain bag. Is this normal? I change it everyday like I was shown. Most days I'm just sitting at my desk or laying in bed....
At least with the bags you can have the output removed but if you go off them too early for your body, like I did on the second surgery on underarm it will swell under the skin and need to be drained with a needle periodically. In the end they put a huge pressure tape on me to stop the pockets being filled up again so fast. With time it stopped doing it. What about a tight boob tube or singlet to hold it all firm?
