Day 9 - after round six.
Why is it you go to bed, you ARE tired, and it takes 3 hours to fall asleep??? Ok the fact that my hands and feet were on fire may have contributed.... I don't know how to ...
I should have also mentioned that Nivea creammfeels so cooling on the skin that it takes the heat out the second it is applied so might help you falling asleep too ??
