Dexamethasone before TAC Chemo

Greetings All,

I'm due to have my 4th TAC treatment tomorrow and I've just realised that I have forgotten to take my steroid dexamethsone today. 

I know I probably won't sleep tonight should I take it now?

    Thank you, I thought it would be a good idea to take it, it just completely slipped my mind and I even stare at them every time I open the fridge, I feel so silly
