I feel for you mishie, hair is a womans mantle and its not like it just thins over years, it bloody falls out in handfuls! It is a shock and just adds more depression to an already frightening time of cancer in your life. You do get used to it although I still think I have forgotten something when I go out, not doing my hair. I miss doing my hair I really do. I am 2 months past chemo and I have 1/8 inch of baby soft hair just showing. My family of men keep rubbing my head because its cute and soft and maybe they think I will grant them a wish if they rub it enough?
