@Harvey1903 Hi Julie - wow lots of travel there. Phew! Sounds like you are feeling better now you've heard the ins and outs and have made a decision from the options available to you. I am not clear from your post, what recon you actually went with. Not DIEP due to tummy I see, so Lat Dorsi or straight implant?
