Kez I am very happy for you for not having to have any further treatment.
Why on Earth would you feel like a fraud? Just because you get to avoid chemo and radiation it does not make the diagnosis, the shock off dealing with the diagnosis and the surgery any less real or less traumatic.
Be glad you do not have to have the other teeatment and know it is no less deserving of help of any kind having to deal with what you have had to deal with.
