Damn it damn it damn it white blood cells too low for next FEC round.
Really feeling let down. First review with the Onc today, was supposed to go straight to Chemo but can't. White blood cells at .82 on Saturday, can't go in until they are at least 1.2, preferably at 1...
It happens, @Unicornkisses. The white cells fluctuation thing is a bit of a mystery, and yes, it's possible for them to do a substantial bounce.
Don't stress too much about the Neulasta, most people cope without major side effects. Claratyne helped me when I got to the stage it was a deal breaker. Chemo is a lucky dip, I've had crap responses in some ways but have never had any nausea--you only know how you will react when it happens to you.
