Really feeling let down. First review with the Onc today, was supposed to go straight to Chemo but can't. White blood cells at .82 on Saturday, can't go in until they are at least 1.2, preferably at 1...
Hi Unicornkisses, I had the Neulasta injection while undergoing my AC chemo treatment. I thankfully had minor side effects from the injection and hopefully you will too. The main side effect that I was advised about was pain in your hips and joints, I had a little bit of an ache in my hips and legs for a couple of days, I took panadol osteo during the day to help and also made sure that I walked each day. I know my reaction to the injection was mild compared to others, but I know that having the injection helped protect me while completing the course of AC.
I hope your treatment goes well
