Thanks everyone. I didn't end up going to the hospital on the weekend but went yesterday (Tuesday) for my usual Herceptin. When I told them what was happening, boy did that medical team kick into gear. My blood pressure is now high as well as still not being able to eat or drink so they did all manner of tests to try and work out what is going on. While I had some abnormal results they couldn't definitively say what is causing them. They now want me reviewed by the oncologist next Monday, but they have reassured me that they think there is next to no chance that it is liver mets which is such a relief, but now I just want the symptoms to stop.
