I can't help with the cooling cap I'm afraid but I was also 67 when I started and managed OK. Had a mastectomy, also HER2 with chemo for 6 months, no radiation happily and herceptin for a year. Chemo was a bit of a pain ( lost my hair but no fatigue or nausea) but got through it and had no side effects from herceptin.
