Hi:) I think at some time during our treatment,we have all wondered about natural therapies,but for me,the best thing that we can do to give our bodies the best chance of healing is to follow a regime of fresh fruit and veggies,water,organic food when possible and plenty of good relaxation balanced with daily exercise such as walking.I think with something as serious as cancer,we should take notice of the facts when it comes to what is helpful and what is not( and is often just a waste of money and time).I have such faith in my oncologist and RPA in Sydney where I had my treatment that I can't really be bothered any more trying to come up with things that might be better than what I have already had.Having said that though,I believe that yoga and tecqniques such as mindfulness and meditation ,can certainly play a part in healing.These are also encouraged where I had my treatment.All the best.:) Cheers Robyn xox
