Clinical Trials

I am inquiring on behalf of my neice in Malaysia who has stage 4 bc, with secondary cancer in her liver. She had just completed her chemo and scheduled for cancer in about 2 weeks. We want to explore all options in case the chemo and herceptine didnt work on her liver.

The question is does Australia open its clinical trials to overseas patients? If so, where? US has but too far for her to travel away from her young family.
