@riss81 i was also stage one triple negative.  Although I was 75, and the oncologist didn’t think I could handle more than four cycles, I came through it.  Nausea seems to be the big fear, but I had none at all.  They have meds for that.  Keep daily records of your temperature, weight, fluid consumption, medication, exercise, and anything else of note.  From my own experience, I would say go with the laxatives, and exercise as much as you are able.  You can do this!
