Just as @arpie says, the list of possible side effects is just that, possible not even probable and not all at once. Some people do feel very sick but there is medication you will be encouraged to take to counteract nausea and a pattern of good and bad days is likely to appear, so you can plan around those.
And some, like me, while having some side effects, didn’t have any nausea at all, or fatigue. I felt and looked remarkably well, for six months of chemo. Most side effects were temporary but many can be minimised. Let your oncology nurses know at the first sign of side effects, the sooner recognised the sooner dealt with. Best wishes.
