Chemo
Hi all So im stage 1 triple neg. Starting chemo Wednesday and im so scared of it. The treatment and the massive list of side effects is just scary. Can any one shed some light on this please 🙏 Ch...
Try not to get ahead of yourself, @riss81 - I have buddies on Triple Neg treatment & they are going fine.
Your Onc Nurses will guide you in all things - make sure you take the meds (before & after chemo) to reduce any side effects - and if you feel crook, let them know immediately.
Not everyone gets ALL the bad side effects - tho most get 'some' .... you'll notice a pattern forming after a few doses.
Drink plenty of water, maintain some sort of exercise if you can & try & eat well too xx
