Awesome and very inspirational, thank you for that. I agree with the shock of getting a diagnosis is like being in a fog. I think that your brain is so busy with dealing with diagnosis, surgery and treatments, along with grief and loss of losing part of your body, that practical things go out the window for a little while. Sleep definitely helps with recovery, even if you have a nana nap in the afternoon to catch up. I've just started the 5 / 2 diet, so I'll see how that goes. You always post terrific info for us all to consider. Thank you do much, Trace ??????
